As always, Dr. Caspe and the staff are super attentive to our needs. I like how Dr. Caspe always remembers the details of my past visit with him and would take up with me how there’s improvement on our lab work and also if there’s something that he needs to address right away. We feel confident that we are in good hands

Staff extremely rude, lack understanding, lack knowledge. Dr miss diagnose, Almost got me killed with the medication. According to the American Diabetes Association, a GMI (Glucose Management Indicator) level of 6.5% or higher indicates diabetes. I was at 6.2 yet he insisted on me being diabetic. Persisting insulin and medication that deprives blood sugar would add onto my hyperglycemia for constantly being below blood sugar levels, which would kill me. This doctor doesn’t understand that. Still his insistent on me being diabetic. Today I asked him to prescribe an inhaler to open my sinuses several times. But he prescribed something completely different that I don’t want and it’s too expensive. When I talk with the staff, they hung up on me and blocked me. Talk about Customer Service. In order to see this doctor, you have to be blind, deaf, and stupid to follow the insanity that they provide. I am furious
